Athletic wing stopper with serious 2 Way potential, lead Texas in PPG. RGP, APG, and SGP STRENGTHS: - Aggressive downhill driver. Gets in the paint frequently and can finish with a variety of moves - Real "grab and go" ability. Pushes in transition and can find the open man or take it coast to coast - Defensive menace and playmaker. Can guard 1-4 straight up, and is a smart and aggressive help defender as well. Racked up a ton of steals and deflections CAN_IMPROVE: - Had a lot of 1 on 1 iso opportunities and was fairly successful, but not sure if that'll be a bankable NBA skill. Needs development there as everything currently is at the rim in those situations - 3 Point shot will make or break him. Only 33% on catch and shoot 3s, but overall good touch and 81% from the line makes me think he'll be serviceable - A willing and gifted passer but game sometimes moves too fast for him. There's some hints of point forward stuff, but isn't there quiet yet WEAKNESSES: - More concerning than the 3PT % is the 3PT volume. Just 2.5 attempts from deep per game and was evident he preferred not to shoot even open ones at times - Defensive effort/attention to detail wavered at times. Plays where he looked lost, and others he looked straight up lazy. Though you figure that improves when he's not asked to carry the offensive load - Already 21 years old, junior year breakout historically doesn't fair well for a potential boom in the NBA PROJECTED_ROLE: Defensive playmaker and secondary creator
