Elite off-ball scorer from 3pt and mid range, especially off screens, but also shows promise creating and scoring off the dribble. More of a well rounded athlete, than truly explosive, which limits his ceiling as a rim creator/finisher but he does possess great touch around the basket and should still be considered a 3-level scorer. Will likely be a better playmaker as a pro, than in college. Disruptive on defense, especially off-ball, possesses legit 2-way potential if continues to remain engaged and adds strength. OFFENSIVE_EVALUATION: Elite shot maker. 3-level scorer that prefers to operate in the mid range and on the perimeter. Advanced shooter, especially off screens, off the dribble and when contested. Spends most of his time aggressively face guard due to his shooting/scoring threat. Great at manipulating defenders to create contact and draw fouls. Primarily operated as an off-ball play finisher/shot creator and wasn't a prolific playmaker, but appears to be capable of shouldering a greater on-ball/playmaker role. Some promising indicators as a playmaker as he has a pretty low turnover rate relative to his high usage. DEFENSIVE_EVALUATION: Displays legitimate 2 way potential on the defensive end for a guard. More disruptive off-ball, but still more than capable as an on-ball defender. Pretty prolific as a defensive event creator for a guard with 2 stocks/game. Uses length and quickness well to be disruptive in the passing lanes, especially when denying the ball. Not a poor screen navigator, but still has room to improve in this aspect. Above average length and vertical allows him to contest and block shots at an above average rate for a guard. Stronger than he looks, but will probably need to get stronger to comfortably guard NBA wings. PROJECTION: Tough shot making combo guard that should comfortably operate as a #2 option, but could be a #1 option if he develops well. Disruptive 1-3 switchable guard defender.
