Also a great athlete, but average foot speed prevents him from being a truly elite athlete. Well advanced as an interior/mid range scorer, routinely finishing above the rim or difficult/contested jumpers. Not an outside threat, but possesses stretch potential. Good motor and positioning makes him a great rebounder on both ends. Disruptive defender that shows promise as a switchable big and rim protector, but will need to add strength to ensure he reaches defensive ceiling. OFFENSIVE_EVALUATION: Elite interior scorer. Possesses the ideal size/length for a 4 and great quickness which allows him to consistently blow by defenders in the post or when facing up. Also has great leaping ability which he uses well around the rim or with turnaround jumpers in the mid range/post. Also a very high level mid range scorer as he displays good touch and is quite efficient despite numerous difficult/contested shots. Inefficient and low volume from 3, but mid range proficiency suggests he may be able to expand his range with time and repetition. Advanced playmaking for his position/size, routinely dribbles the ball up the floor and occasionally attacks defenders from the perimeter with sizeups and dribble moves. Displays high IQ and feel for position and creates opportunities for his teammates at an advanced level. Very active on the offensive boards. DEFENSIVE_EVALUATION: Prolific (2.9 stocks/game) and versatile event creator on the defensive end, as he averages at least one block and one steal a game. He possesses good size/length, leaping ability and solid instincts making him disruptive in the passing lanes and as a weak side rim protector. Also displays above average quickness and lateral ability for his size/position and projects to be at least a 3-5 switchable big. May struggle with some 1's & 2's due to his average-below average foot speed, but shows decent screen navigation skills. Stronger than he looks, but will likely struggle with stronger or more advanced bigs in the post until he adds strength. Despite being one of the lightest at his position, shows great motor, positioning and instincts when rebounding and should be able to add more weight/strength at the next level to solidify him as one of the better rebounders in the league. PROJECTION: Top 15-30 player. 2nd or 3rd scoring option on a good team. Impactful 3-5 switchable big and one of the better rebounders in the league.
